HOW IT WORKS Place your phone flat on the floor, facing up, in the area where your face and knees rest during sujood. As you go down into prostration, your face passes close over the camera and blocks the light — that drop is what tells the app a sajdah just happened. No image is ever recorded or stored for this — the app only measures brightness.
