HOW IT WORKS

• Choose the apps and categories you want blocked
• Tap a BuckBlock Station with your phone
• Select length of your study session
• Tap a BuckBlock station to regain your apps or wait until the session is over

WHY A PHYSICAL TAP Starting a focus session in a normal app takes half a dozen taps and one decision. Most people don't get past the decision. BuckBlock moves that moment out of your phone and into the room you're already sitting in. You sit down, you tap the disc, you're in. The station is a commitment device. Tapping it is a small physical act that's harder to argue yourself out of than opening an app.

PRIVACY Your app usage stays on your device. BuckBlock uses Apple's Screen Time API, which means we never see which apps you use or how long you use them.
