Typalock turns physical spaces into the switch for your focus. Stick a tag on your desk, your library table, your bedroom door. Open Typalock, tap your phone to it, and the apps you chose lock. Tap out when you're actually done.

Deciding to focus is easy. Staying focused is not. A tag in your environment makes starting deliberate, and makes ending your focus session something you have to physically undo on purpose.

REAL BLOCKING, NOT A REMINDER Typalock uses device controls to block apps. Not a simple screen you can just swipe past. When a lock is on, that app app doesn't open.

BUILT AROUND PLACES Set up a tag for each place you focus. Your desk, the library, a study room, your kitchen table. Each one remembers which apps to lock, so walking to the right spot is the whole setup.

FOCUS THAT COUNTS FOR SOMETHING Every session earns points and builds your streak. Compete with friends, join groups, and join the leaderboards in your spaces. The number on the board is time you actually put in.

FOCUS WITH OTHER PEOPLE Add friends and see who's locked in right now. Make groups for a class, a project, or your house. Nudge someone who's been scrolling. It's much harder to quit your focus session when three close friends can see you started working.

WHEN YOU NEED OUT Life happens. Breakthroughs let you end a session early up to five times a month. You keep the time you focused, but you lose that session's points. Make sure you remember to tap in and out to get points!
