DoseDay is a private companion for weekly GLP-1 medications — Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus. It answers the three questions every week brings: When is my next shot? How much medication is in my body right now? And are these side effects normal for me?

SEE WHERE YOU ARE An estimated medication curve shows how your level rises after each shot and eases off through the week — so a rough Tuesday suddenly makes sense. Always labeled for what it is: an estimate for tracking, never a medical measurement.

SHOT DAY, HANDLED On shot day the app turns into a simple checklist: take the pen out of the fridge, check the liquid, inject, log. A body diagram remembers where you injected last and suggests the next site in rotation.

LOG IN SECONDS Water, protein, fiber and weight in one tap. Side effects with severity. A missed week is met with a calm "log when you're ready" — never a guilt trip.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS Your last four weeks overlay on the medication curve, so you can see when in the week symptoms tend to appear. Reminders nudge you the evening before and the morning of your shot. Widgets keep the countdown and curve on your Home Screen and Lock Screen.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No servers. No analytics. Your data lives on your devices and syncs through your own private iCloud — we can't read it, and we collect nothing. Optional Face ID lock. Optional Apple Health connection for weight and water.

DOSEDAY+ • Prescriber report: a one-page PDF of your last 4 weeks — doses, weight trend, side effects with timing, adherence. Prints clean in black and white, made to hand to your doctor. • Side-effect timing insights: plain-language patterns from your own log, like "nausea most often appears 24–48 h after your shot." • Private progress photos: a photo timeline that never leaves your device — excluded even from iCloud.
