PenDay is a private logbook and reminder for weekly GLP-1 injections (semaglutide, tirzepatide). It records what you enter and reminds you of your own schedule — nothing more, nothing less.

THE WEEKLY LOOP • A next-shot countdown on your home screen and in an iOS widget. • Log a shot in about five seconds: dose is pre-filled, pick the injection site on a body map. • See the site you've used least recently, front and back, as a simple fact. • Reminders on your shot day, created on your device — nothing is pushed from a server.

THE DAILY LOOP • A ten-second check-in for side effects and an optional mood tick. • Record weight manually, or show weight and steps from Apple Health (read-only). • Watch your weight trend take shape over time.

FOR YOUR DOCTOR • Generate a one-tap Doctor-Visit PDF: weight curve, injection log, dose history, and a side-effect summary — all as entered by you.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account. No sign-in. No servers. Your entries stay on your device. • Your health data never leaves your device — not in exports, not in the report, not anywhere. • Move to a new phone with an encrypted transfer file that only your passphrase can open.
