Screen-Free by Design

You don't need to look at the screen during a run. Every interval boundary is communicated by haptics. Useful when you're stretching, meditating, doing yoga, practicing breath work, or holding a posture — situations where your eyes should be closed or elsewhere.

Consistent Haptic Vocabulary

Interval start, interval end, and run end are told apart by the count and length of the haptic burst, not by subtle differences in intensity. Counts and durations survive on the wrist far better than intensity variation, so boundaries are hard to miss.

Automatic Transition Rests

Insert a transition rest before every interval by setting a "transition time" on the preset. Useful when you need a few seconds to move into the next posture — the rests don't have to be built as intervals by hand. The screen shows the name of the upcoming interval and a "Ready" label during the transition, and the interval counter (e.g., "2 / 5") counts only the working intervals.

Key Features

Preset Editor Build presets on the iPhone app as an ordered list of intervals. Each interval has a label and a duration in seconds. Reorder, duplicate, and delete as needed.

Interval Runner Pick a preset on the Apple Watch and start it. The current interval name, remaining time, and the interval counter are shown on the screen — but you don't need to look at any of them. Raise your wrist only when you want to check.

Transition Time Set a per-preset transition time. Zero means no rests are inserted. Any positive value inserts a rest before every interval (including the first).
