Xianxia is a habit tracker. Five habits arrive each morning, you tick off the ones you did, and that work carries you through eight realms of cultivation.

No one is chosen for this path. A cultivator begins by deciding to begin.

Choose two of the five elements to focus on and the app draws your daily set from them. Push-ups, ten pages, five minutes of stillness, a walk, a full night of sleep: 66 to pick from.

--- THE DAILY LOOP ---

Five trials are drawn each morning, weighted toward the two elements you chose as your dao path.

Metal, the Body: physical training and strength Wood, Vitality: sleep, food, movement, rest Water, the Mind: reading, study, learning Fire, Spirit Sense: attention, observation, making things Earth, the Dao Heart: routine, resolve, stillness

Each completion gathers qi. Enough qi advances a stage. Enough stages reach the boundary of the next realm.

Realms do not open on their own. Reach the boundary and you are held there until you complete every trial three days running. Miss a day and you hold. You never fall back.

--- QI DEVIATION ---

A broken streak is not a reset. Your qi becomes unstable, two steady days settle it, and your multiplier returns with it. The practice survives a bad week.

--- TECHNIQUES ---

Cultivate one element seven days running and it forms a technique. Techniques are permanent. Nothing you build is taken away.
