Features & Capabilities

Sixty-three lessons on how attention actually works, each showing its sources and how strong the evidence really is.

Most apps about attention tell you to try harder. This one explains why that does not work, and what does.

Reset is sixty-three short lessons on how attention, habits, memory and cognitive biases actually behave. Two to three minutes each. Every lesson ends with one thing to try in real life that day.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Every lesson shows its sources. Not "studies show" , the actual papers, with an honest evidence level: solid, emerging, or debated. When a popular claim turns out weaker than the internet suggests, the lesson says so instead of quietly repeating it.

Several lessons exist only to correct things you have already been told. Brain training does not transfer to anything you care about. You do not have a learning style. The famous finding about your phone draining your attention failed to replicate twice, and we say so rather than use it.

THE SIX PATHS

How Attention Works , why you miss things in plain sight How Habits Form , the loop that runs without your permission Memory and Learning , why you forget, and the techniques that fix it Digital Boundaries , what your feed is doing, and what "dopamine detox" gets wrong Focus , entering the state, and taking breaks that restore something Cognitive Biases , the reasoning errors you cannot feel yourself making

HOW A LESSON WORKS

A true and slightly strange fact. A short visual explanation. An example from an ordinary day. A question, before the answer. The nuanced answer. One thing to try today.

Four kinds of question keep it from becoming a click-through: pick one, pick everything that applies, put them in order, and myth or fact.

Lessons you finish come back for a short review two days later, then a week, then a month, then three. That spacing is not a retention trick bolted on. It is the technique the Memory path spends a whole lesson defending, applied to the app itself.

ALSO INSIDE

A focus timer that follows the clock, so you can lock your phone while it runs Daily challenges drawn from the lessons you have finished XP, levels and badges, and a streak that survives a missed day , because the app teaches that one missed day does not harm a habit Works entirely offline. No account, no email, no password. Nothing leaves your device.

FREE AND PREMIUM

The first five lessons are free. Premium unlocks the rest of the programme, unlimited daily challenges, longer focus sessions, advanced statistics and every badge. New lessons every month.

Reset is educational content about published research. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

SUBSCRIPTION

Reset Premium is offered as a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, or as an annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
