As others have said, there doesn’t seem to be anyone supporting this product. I’ve emailed several times to ask about the “mindful matching” game which I simply do not understand. No response. This is not a great testimonial for the product. Which actually seems alright and worthy of a few stars, but they shouldn’t be just taking people’s money without providing the minimum of support. Even an AI chatbot would be something. They haven’t updated their blog in years. Disappointing.

I keep losing access to the app because of technical issues on their end, and reaching their support is a huge hassle that takes days. Their phone number doesn’t even work, so that’s not an option either. The membership is pricey, and honestly, I regret buying this device—I should’ve gone with Mendi from the start.
