Your meal companion for GLP-1
Eating on a GLP-1 is not the same as eating on a diet. Appetite may disappear, nausea may arrive without warning, and food you loved last week may smell wrong today. Tiny Appetite answers the question that keeps coming back: Given how I feel, what can I eat right now?
TELL IT HOW YOU FEEL, GET SOMETHING YOU CAN MANAGE
Tap what you're dealing with — nausea, low appetite, constipation, food aversions, bloating — and Eat Now returns three gentle food or drink ideas, one protein anchor, and a hydration nudge. Every idea comes with a rough protein and fiber estimate and how much effort it takes, so you can pick with the energy you actually have.
LOG WHAT YOU ATE AND HOW IT SAT
A few taps: what it was, roughly how much, how your appetite was before, and how it felt afterward. Never a calorie count, never a judgement. That's what teaches the app which foods work for your body.
BUILD YOUR OWN LIST OF FOODS THAT WORK
Foods that sat well become your personal list, tagged by the symptom they help. Foods that didn't sit well go on your Avoid list and stop appearing in suggestions. On a bad day you're choosing from things you already know are safe.
PROTEIN FIRST, GENTLY
Protein, fiber and water goals shown as three quiet rings and a Nourish Bowl that fills as the day goes on. A 14-day protein trend and a week-over-week change tell you whether things are heading the right way.
THE KITCHEN GUIDE
Ask in plain language — "I can't face anything warm, what now?" — and get a small, gentle idea grounded in your own symptoms and the foods you tolerate.
GENTLE BY DESIGN
A nourish streak that encourages and never punishes a missed day, milestones for real progress, and a daily practical tip.
WHY I BUILT THIS
I've been on a GLP-1 for several months. The constipation, the diarrhea, the days when nothing sounds edible. And the part nobody warns you about: your appetite disappears, your thirst disappears, and you still have to eat and drink to stay healthy.
Every app I found wanted to count something. My question was never how many calories. It was, "What can I eat right now?" So I built it.

A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS
Tiny Appetite is a general wellness and food-support tool. It offers informational food and drink suggestions only — never medical, nutritional, dietetic, or dosing advice, and never diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient figures are rough estimates and targets are general ranges. It never asks about or references your medication, its dose, or its timing. Always follow your prescriber and care team.
