PRIVATE BY DEFAULT GLP Me requires no account. Your records sync through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available, and you can export or delete them from the app. Voice recognition is requested on-device. Packaged-food searches and barcode values are sent directly to Open Food Facts over HTTPS only to return matching food information.

GLP ME PLUS The medication tracker, history, reminders, estimated medication-level chart, check-ins, nutrition logging, weight tracking, backups, and basic Apple Health weight import remain free. Plus adds cross-week comparisons and patterns, a what-if planning chart, expanded Apple Health imports, doctor PDFs, shareable journey cards, richer chart widgets, themes, alternate icons, automatic goal starting points, and an on-device private log companion.
