Care for yourself, care for Pip, and make everyday essentials feel a little more rewarding. Keep track of essentials like water, meals, movement, sleep and focus while Pip comes along for the journey. As you care for yourself, earn XP, complete optional Daily Quests, chat with Pip and unlock new ways to make Pip’s world your own.

GROW TOGETHER Pip responds to the care you give yourself throughout the day. Drink some water, eat a meal, move your body, get some rest or spend time focusing — and Pip grows alongside you.

CHAT WITH PIP Need a little help figuring out what to do next? Chat with Pip for gentle AI-powered support with everyday things like meals, getting started, overwhelm or choosing a manageable next step. Pip can use a small read-only summary of today’s care progress to make responses more relevant to your day.

GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Choose the everyday essentials you want to focus on and create a personal custom goal for things like medication, brushing your teeth, reading, stretching, routines and more. Adjust it whenever your life changes, with additional custom goals available through Pip+.

SMALL DAILY QUESTS Each day brings optional quests based on the goals you’ve chosen. Complete them for bonus XP, or leave them for another day. No pressure. No punishment.

SEE HOW YOU’VE BEEN SHOWING UP Look back at your progress and notice the patterns that build over time. It’s about recognising your small wins — not chasing perfection.
