Premature Ejaculation Control
Start with a number, not a guess. A 12-week behavioral program that measures where you are, then gives you one day at a time.
SteadyMen is a twelve-week behavioral training program for ejaculatory control. No medication, no device. It starts by measuring where you are, then gives you one day at a time for eighty-four days.
A STARTING NUMBER
The intake questionnaire is twenty-one questions and includes the PEDT, a screening tool used in clinical practice. You get a score, an estimated latency and the factors that weigh most in your own case. Every measure taken later in the program is compared against it.
ONE DAY AT A TIME
You never browse a library or build a plan yourself. Each day the app gives you one thing: a guided session of about twelve minutes, an exercise to do on your own, or an end-of-week review.
There are two versions of the program. If your answers show signs of a tense pelvic floor, the first four weeks are replaced with release work. Strengthening a floor that is already tight lowers the threshold instead of raising it.
WHAT IS INSIDE
• 84 guided sessions, around 12 minutes each
• 40 lessons, one a day for the first 40 days, then kept for reference
• 16 exercises covering pelvic floor, breathing, arousal control and mental work
• Right before: a four-minute protocol, two taps away, for use ahead of a real situation
• A review at the end of every week
• The PEDT taken again at weeks 6 and 12, compared with your intake score
• An AI coach for questions about the program
PRIVACY
Everything works offline. The program, the lessons and the exercises are inside the app. No account is needed. Signing in is optional and only serves to recover your progress on a new phone.
No advertising identifier, no ads, no tracking across apps. The app does measure its own use (which screens earn their place, where the program loses people) and that switches off in one tap in Settings. None of your answers, notes or coach questions are part of it.
You can lock the app with Face ID and replace its icon with a neutral one. Reminder notifications never name the subject, because they appear on a lock screen and sometimes in front of somebody else.
The app stays silent during exercises. Guidance is visual and haptic, so you can use it without headphones, in a room where someone is asleep.
WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
It does not promise a result. The projections it shows are targets calculated from your own answers, and the app says so on the screen where it shows them.
The PEDT is a screening questionnaire. It does not diagnose anything and does not replace medical advice. Pain during or after ejaculation points to a different cause and should be seen by a doctor.
SteadyMen is not a medical device.
SUBSCRIPTION
The program requires a subscription.

• SteadyMen, 1 week, billed every week — no free trial
The price of each plan is shown in your own currency on the purchase screen, before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
