Fire and water incidents are picked up from public safety dispatch the moment they are called in. Within minutes you get a push notification with the address, what happened, how serious it is, and who owns the property.

WHAT YOU GET

Live call queue. Every incident in your coverage area, newest and most severe first, with how long ago it happened on every card. Water losses are marked so you can spot them at a glance.

Owner contact on the same screen. Owner name, whether they live there, mailing address, and phone numbers, gathered from public records and licensed data providers. Tap a number to open your dialer. You decide who to call and when.

Severity scoring. Every incident is scored from the dispatch details, alarm level, and units responding, so a fully involved structure fire is not buried under a smoke check.

Map view. See what is happening across your territory and how it clusters.

Push alerts. Get told the moment something lands, or turn alerts off entirely. Your choice, per device.

HOW IT WORKS

Incident data comes from public safety dispatch communications and public records. Owner and contact information comes from licensed third-party data providers. IncidentLead is a data and software tool. It does not call anyone, does not text anyone, and never contacts property owners on your behalf.

WHO IT IS FOR

Licensed restoration, water mitigation, fire remediation, and reconstruction contractors. An active contractor license is required, and it is verified before your account is activated.

COMPLIANCE

Before you get access you accept a compliance acknowledgment: manual dialing by a live person only, no autodialers and no prerecorded or AI voice, scrubbing against the National and state Do-Not-Call registries, calling only within legally permitted hours, and honoring any request to stop contact immediately. How you use the data is your responsibility, and we are direct with you about that.

WHAT IT COSTS

A paid monthly subscription per coverage area. No contract; cancel any time.

Coverage areas are not exclusive. Subscribing to an area does not reserve it, and other contractors may cover the same area at the same time.
