Persistent notification silencing bug; audible alerts cannot be silenced as configured.

Worst app I’ve ever used, AI can’t pronounce streets, it seems like it’s down every other week

It works as it should. The only recommendation is have a none for sound for categories. Some I may want to see but not get notified. Also I keep getting notification of an updated but nothing shows up in my App Store. Not sure if it’s my IT blocking it.
