User reviews show a generally feature-rich, mobile-friendly EMS/fire app with strong GPS mapping. However, most mentions highlight blocking issues: silencing notifications does not work, reliability bugs cause data loss in incident reports, the UI redesign is poorly received, and power drain degrades day-to-day use. Positive strengths remain about the feature set and mapping, but bugs and UX changes significantly hinder on- and off-duty use.

Pros

Functional, feature-rich app with easy data entry for work orders and incidents.
GPS mapping is accurate with hydrant locations and prefire plans.
Generally regarded as better than competitors for fire/EMS apps.
Mobile-friendly and usable on iPhone/iPad for on-the-go use.

Cons

Persistent notification silencing bug; audible alerts cannot be silenced as configured.
Bugs causing reliability issues, including incident reports not saving and occasional data loss.
New UI/Icons redesign is disliked and not as intuitive as prior versions.
Significant battery drain on devices during use.
Cross-agency/multi-agency notification controls are problematic (unable to selectively mute mutual aid alerts).

Recent reviews

Not sure what happened with the latest update, but it’s terrible. Assigned units are not accurate, constantly have to refresh. Complete opposite of “Improved incident list and app stability”. I wish I could take the update back 👎🏽 Come on First Due. Fix it.

The user interface is one of the worst on the market. Reviews are mid cause Admin votes it up but line guys vote it down. Packaged prettily to entice Admin to buy, but terrible for the end-user. Bring back ESO and TargetSolutions. 2 stars cause "eVerYThInG iS INteGrAtEd"
