Most blockers are all-or-nothing. They lock you out, you feel the itch, you turn them off. Locked Vision doesn't fight you at the door. It changes what's waiting on the other side.

ASK BEFORE YOU ENTER

Open the app and it asks one question: why are you here? A specific task, messages, or just browsing. Naming the reason takes three seconds and interrupts the reflex that opens these apps for you. Choose "just browsing" and there's a short pause before you continue — enough time to notice you're doing it.

KEEP YOUR GOAL IN SIGHT

Say you came to do something specific, type it, and it stays pinned at the top of the screen with a five-minute timer. When the time is up, you're back at the start. It's hard to forget what you came for when it's written above the thing trying to make you forget.

DECIDE WHAT DISAPPEARS

Every rule is yours to control. Hide the explore tab. Send short-video pages back to the main feed. Strip the suggestions. Each one is a separate switch, listed by platform, on or off whenever you like. Nothing is hidden that you didn't choose to hide.
