Strict Mode locks a block so that even you can't lift it early. Pick an hour, an evening, or until 7 AM, hold to confirm, and it's done. No settings menu to sneak into at 1 AM. That's the point.

Schedules put it on rails sleep hours, work hours, every weekday so you stop having to decide.

Name a friend as your witness.
