[ Weight per machine ] The same exercise weighs differently on a different brand of machine. Track each brand separately.

[ Look back ] Browse past sessions on a calendar and fill in days you missed. See volume and balance by body part, plus a body map of which muscles are still recovering.

[ Body composition ] Track weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat over time. Weight and body fat can be imported from Apple Health.

[ Your data is yours ] Everything is kept in your own account's cloud and restores when you change devices or reinstall. Export it all as text or CSV anytime.
