Reps is a workout logger built for lifters. The kind who track progressive overload, care about recovery, and want every action done in two taps or less.

STRENGTH LOGGING Build workout templates with target sets, reps, rest intervals, and progression rules. Templates assign to days of the week so your split is always one tap away.

During a session, weights pre-fill from your last logged set. Log a set, start the rest timer, and Reps is ready for the next one before the timer finishes. Reorder exercises mid-session, swap substitutions, run supersets, and add notes without interrupting the flow.

Personal records are detected automatically.

RECOVERY & HEALTH SCORES

Reps reads Apple Health to show recovery context alongside your training log. Every score is computed on-devicre, HealthKit data never leaves your phone.

REST TIMER & LIVE ACTIVITY

One tap after logging a set starts the timer. It runs on the lock screen, in the Dynamic Island, and in the app simultaneously.

WIDGETS

Today's assigned workout, most recent PR, current streak, step count, and live energy battery — available as home screen and lock screen widgets.

GOALS
