for people who teach movement
Your whole teaching week in one timetable, lesson plans that run from warm-up to cool-down, and the clips of the moves kept with the plan they belong to.
Lessons! is a planner for people who teach movement - aerial, pilates, or anything else taught as a sequence.
A class isn't really a document. It's a warm-up, a sequence you've been building for weeks, some conditioning and a cool-down, and the best part is usually a video of the move rather than a paragraph describing it, which is exactly what most planners give you nowhere to put and what this one is built around.
EVERY STUDIO, ONE WEEK
Day, week or month, colour-coded by discipline, so a full Saturday - hoop at one studio in the morning, pilates at another after lunch, open training in the gap - reads in about a second. Once a class has been and gone you can mark it as taught, covered by someone else, or cancelled, and it stays in the timetable either way.
WARM-UP, SEQUENCE, COOL-DOWN
A plan has the same parts a class does: warm-up, main content, cool-down, and your own private notes. Because plans are a library rather than diary entries, you can write one and teach it to Tuesday's beginners and again to Sunday's intermediates, or duplicate it and change only the parts that need changing. Tag them as you go and you'll still be able to find the right one in six months.
THE MOVES, NOT JUST THE WORDS
Attach the photos and videos of what you're teaching. They're linked rather than copied, so your originals stay in Photos at full quality and a plan full of aerial footage takes up almost no room on your phone.
SEND IT ON, MINUS YOUR NOTES
Send a plan to the class group chat and tick exactly what goes with it, both which clips and how much of the plan, with your notes left off by default because that's where the private observations tend to live.
MAKE IT YOURS
Disciplines, class types, levels and studios are all yours to rename, recolour, add and delete - it starts you off with a few and grows as your opportunities do.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
There's no account and no login, no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and nothing is uploaded anywhere: your timetable, your plans and your clips stay on your phone, and deleting the app deletes the lot.
It's free, with an optional tip jar if you'd like to help fund the next update, and nothing at all is locked behind it.
