Made to Teach is a calm planning companion built around the real rhythm of a teacher's day. Your timetable, classes, lesson plans, reminders, notes and loose ends stay in one place, without turning teaching into another generic task list.

TODAY See lessons, duties, breaks and planned work in a clear now-and-next view. Your day rolls over to tomorrow at a time you choose, so the evening shows what is coming rather than what is already done.

LOOSE ENDS Catch the small things before they disappear. Add a class, priority, due date, estimated time, checklist steps, notes, a photo or a voice memo. Assign them to a day when you are ready, or leave them until you are. Made to Teach can even automatically assign loose ends to the parts of your day where they fit to help you stay organised without the mental burden.

CLASSES Keep sessions, rooms, assessments, private notes and preparation together for every class you teach. Your private notes and loose ends stay yours even when a class is shared.

TIMETABLE AND CALENDAR Set up your week by hand, or import a calendar file, PDF or photo of your timetable. Imported information stays a draft until you confirm it. Week cycles, terms, public holidays and non-instructional days keep the planner aligned to your school year.

WIDGETS Add the Reminders widget to your Home Screen in a light or dark style, or to your Lock Screen, to see your next class and how many loose ends are still open. Widgets are free - no subscription needed.

MADE TO TEACH PRO Pro adds the deeper planning tools. Pro Planner: build lesson plans section by section, covering learning goals, lesson flow, grouping and roles, resources and prep, safety and setup, adjustments, and homework and follow-up. Reorder lessons and mark them delivered as you go. Program Register: upload a Word teaching program you are authorised to use, review the sequence Made to Teach reads from it, record what you actually delivered, and export a registered copy as PDF or Word. Shared classes: a teacher with Pro can invite colleagues to coordinate shared loose ends, assessments and notes. Invited teachers only need a Made to Teach account to join. Collaboration stays active while an owner or co-teacher sponsors the class with Pro. Invitation only: there are no public profiles, feeds or posting, and every shared class includes in-app reporting and blocking. Smart Capture and Pro assist: optional AI help to turn a rough note into a structured task, or to draft lesson sections from your own description.

OPTIONAL AI AI features stay off until you agree to them. Made to Teach explains what is sent before the first request, and you can withdraw consent later. AI output can be inaccurate, so you review every suggestion before it is saved. Made to Teach is not a student record system, and you should avoid entering unnecessary student-identifying information.

YOUR ACCOUNT The planner works on your device without an account. Sign in to keep it synced across your devices and to use cloud and collaboration features. You can delete your cloud account inside the app at any time; the planner already on that device remains available as a local planner.

SUBSCRIPTION Made to Teach Pro is available monthly or annually, with a 14-day free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Current pricing, renewal terms and Restore or check purchases are shown before you buy. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings. Deleting a Made to Teach account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
