Healthpit puts your health and training data into one clear app – and leaves you in control of where it lives. The app reads Apple Health directly on your iPhone: no account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking.
AN OVERVIEW, NOT A WALL OF NUMBERS
The dashboard shows Activity, Workouts, Sleep, Heart, Records, Body, Nutrition and Vitals as tiles. You decide the order and the size of every tile.
ACTIVITY AND REAL TRENDS
Steps, distance, active calories, exercise minutes and flights for today – plus trends that mean something: the last 14 days are compared against your own 3-month baseline, and only genuine changes are shown.
WORKOUTS FROM EVERY SOURCE
Apple Health workouts, manually logged sessions and imported GPX and TCX files land in one shared list. Sessions recorded by several sources are merged into a single workout instead of piling up. The detail view shows map and route, heart rate over time, pace, elevation, splits, weather, and optionally injury location, pain type and severity.
SLEEP
Hypnogram, time asleep and time in bed, efficiency, awake time and every available sleep stage – for a single night or averaged across week, month and year.
RECORDS
All-time personal bests, filterable by sport, each with its date and a direct jump to the workout behind it.
DETAIL FOR EVERY METRIC
Every value opens into day, week, month and year with a history chart, statistics and a value table. Cumulative metrics such as steps average honestly over elapsed days – a month in progress is never diluted by days that have not happened yet.
FAST FROM THE FIRST SECOND
Healthpit shows cached values at launch. New data arrives via pull-to-refresh or the sync button. No minutes-long Health scan just to open the app.
OPTIONAL: YOUR OWN BRIDGE
If you want more, connect Healthpit to the open-source Healthpit Bridge on your own server – as a Docker container or as a Home Assistant app. The app then syncs in the background, Home Assistant gains native sensors for every metric, and Garmin Connect and Hevy are pulled in server-side. The bridge is yours: there is no Healthpit cloud service and no developer-operated server.
PRIVACY
Without a configured bridge, your health data never leaves the iPhone. With a bridge, it goes only to the address you entered. Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, and the connection is protected by an API token and optional 2FA. There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no sharing with third parties.
OPEN SOURCE
Healthpit is fully open source under the Apache License 2.0. The complete code of the app, the bridge and the Home Assistant integration is public:
