HealthPit reads your health data from Apple Health, lays it out clearly, and syncs it straight to your own Home Assistant — without a detour via anyone else's servers. YOUR AREAS Activity, heart, sleep, body, nutrition and vitals on a home screen you arrange yourself: move tiles, resize them, hide the ones you don't want. TRAINING Every sport with the figures actually recorded — duration, distance, pace, calories, heart rate, volume, sets, reps. Anything without data is left out rather than shown as an empty tile. Up to three figures can be compared in one chart. Plus personal records across every sport, manual workouts, and import from GPX and TCX. PAIN AND INJURIES A calendar that colours every day a complaint covered — not just the day it was entered. A two-week strain reads as two weeks. Anything you note during a workout turns up here on its own. DIARY For complaints that come in episodes: headache, migraine, panic attacks, dizziness, asthma, allergies. With severity, duration, the symptoms alongside and the possible triggers — and whether a medication helped. HealthPit shows you what comes up most often. That is the reason anyone keeps such a diary at all. EQUIPMENT Shoes, bike, and whatever else collects kilometres. From a date you set, a piece falls to the matching workouts on its own; a single workout can be assigned differently. Individual parts — chain, brake pads, tyres, insoles — carry their own intervals: by distance, by time, or by both, whichever comes first. CYCLE History, bleeding and symptoms, documented discreetly and written back. HOME ASSISTANT Values, workouts and goals arrive as sensors in your own instance. The integration is available through HACS. Automate whatever you like — from a closed ring to a reminder that the bike chain is due. YOUR DATA HealthPit has no account and no server of its own. Everything stays on your iPhone except what you send to your own Home Assistant. No tracking, no advertising, no third party looking at any of it. REQUIREMENTS Home Assistant is optional.
