Hearth is the front desk's inbox.

Every guest conversation — SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone calls and web chat — arrives in one thread per guest, so nobody has to check five places to find out what a guest already asked. An AI concierge answers the routine questions and hands anything sensitive to a person.

Hearth is staff software. You sign in with your work email and a one-time code, so there is no password to pass around at a shift change.
