Clinical Scheduler is shift scheduling designed for volunteer-run free clinics.

It gives clinic administrators and volunteers one shared, dependable record of who is working each session, in which role, and whether the clinic has the coverage it needs.

FOR CLINIC ADMINISTRATORS

• Build schedules using agenda, day, three-day, week, and month views. • Create sessions, define required roles, assign volunteers, and publish when ready. • See staffing gaps without manually counting every assignment. • Review availability, days off, overlapping shifts, and weekly workload while scheduling. • Repeat and copy a working week across a longer term. • Review release requests and find open shifts that still need coverage. • Invite volunteers with single-use clinic codes. • Manage multiple clinics from one account.

• See your next shift and everything coming up. • Confirm the shifts you can attend. • Share regular weekly availability and specific days off. • Find and claim open shifts. • Request release from a shift you can no longer attend. • Subscribe to your shifts from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. • See schedule changes as soon as an administrator publishes them.

Clinical Scheduler schedules clinic staff only. It contains no patient information, medical records, appointments, diagnoses, or treatment information.

The app is operated by Whitetulip Health Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It is free, contains no advertising, and does not track users for advertising.
