Clinic OS Mobile is the companion app for clinic teams using the Clinic OS platform. Built for staff and managers, it puts rostering, timesheets, leave, communication, clinical operations, and day-to-day clinic work in one place.

ROSTER & SHIFTS • View your upcoming shifts and roster at a glance • See shift changes and coverage updates in real time • Request shift swaps, claim open shifts, and set your availability • Managers can build rosters, resolve conflicts, and assign shifts

TIMESHEETS • Clock in and out from your phone • Start and end breaks while you’re on shift • See a persistent notification with your clock-in or break time, and tap it to return to your timesheet • Add notes to your clock-in and clock-out entries • Optional clinic geofence for on-site clock-ins • Review your timesheet history • Managers can review, correct, and approve timesheets

LEAVE • Check your leave balance, accrual, and ledger history • Submit leave requests and track approval status • Managers can review, approve, or decline requests

TEAM COMMUNICATION • Chat in team channels and direct messages • Receive announcements and acknowledge important updates • Get push notifications for messages, tasks, and roster changes • Create, assign, and complete tasks • Run the daily huddle and share handover notes between shifts

CLINICAL OPERATIONS • Record drug register entries, administrations, and witness confirmations • Report incidents and track the clinic risk register • Log equipment servicing and keep the equipment register up to date • Run checklists and track clinic supplies
