Clinic Management is the iPhone and iPad app for UK aesthetic clinic teams.

Run the front-of-house and the treatment room from one place. Sign in to Clinic Membership for bookings, memberships, POS and payments, and to Documenti for clinical notes and photos. Flip between them in the app — no extra logins at the desk.

TAP TO PAY ON IPHONE Accept contactless cards and Apple Pay on a compatible iPhone, with no extra reader at the desk. A clinic admin enables Tap to Pay, agrees to Apple’s Terms, and can see a short How to tap guide. On iPad, use a Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi reader instead.

WHO IT’S FOR Clinic owners, reception and clinicians in UK aesthetics, skin clinics and nurse-led practices. This is a staff app — not a patient booking app.
