BILD.os

BILD.os is a field app for construction site managers and foremen. Say what just happened on site, and it becomes structured work: tasks with owners and dates, field updates on the record, and a log nobody has to write up later.

TALK INSTEAD OF TYPING Hold the mic and describe the situation the way you would to a colleague. "Third floor bathroom, the old riser is more corroded than the survey showed, we need to replace the full run up to the fifth floor." BILD.os turns that into the tasks it implies, and shows them to you before anything is created. You approve, edit, or throw them away.

BUILT FOR BAD SIGNAL Stairwells, basements and lift shafts are where notes get lost. Everything you capture is written to the phone first and uploaded when there is a connection again. Walk out of range mid-sentence and the note is still there when you come back.

CAPTURE HOWEVER SUITS THE MOMENT Voice when your hands are dirty. Photos when it is easier to show than describe — mark them up to point at the crack you mean. Typed notes when the site is too loud to talk.

THE DAY'S WORK, IN ORDER See what is overdue, what is due today, and what is coming. Tasks carry subtasks, dates and the person responsible. Tick them off as they are finished.

A SITE LOG THAT WRITES ITSELF Every note, photo and completed task lands in one timeline with who did it and when. Filter by date, by person, by trade or by task. When someone asks what happened three weeks ago, the answer is already there.

REVIEW BEFORE IT COUNTS Work suggested from the field waits for an admin to approve it. Nothing enters the plan because a phone misheard a word.

FOR THE WHOLE CREW Project managers set up projects, manage members and edit details from the site. Employees see the work assigned to them. Everyone is on the same plan.

SPEAK IN ANY LANGUAGE The app itself is available in Finnish and English, switchable anytime. But when you're recording, speak whatever language you're comfortable in, BILD.os understands you and translates it into your project's language automatically.
