New: create your account in the app and start your first recording straight away. The connection to your practice system is set up later on a computer.

You see the patient. MediSync writes the notes.

MediSync Scribe records the consultation, transcribes it live and turns it into a structured note - while you are with the patient, not in the evening afterwards.

RECORD Start the recording and speak normally. Transcription runs live and keeps going when the screen is locked or you leave the app - across 30 to 60 minutes without breaking. Speaker separation tells your voice apart from the patient's.

STRUCTURE The conversation becomes an organised note based on your template - from history and clinical findings through to diagnosis and plan. ICD-10-GM codes appear inline in the note. Every statement stays linked to its timestamp in the transcript, so it remains traceable. On follow-up appointments you see what has changed since last time.

REVIEW AND CORRECT You review, add to and correct it - by keyboard or by voice. Nothing is signed off that you have not read.

DICTATE Not every note comes out of a conversation. For everything else there is dictation mode: say it once, done.

TRANSFER MediSync Connect moves the finished note into your practice or hospital information system. You set that connection up once in the web dashboard.

OVERVIEW The day's appointments, recordings and notes in one place. Personal notes and the clinical assistant are in the app as well.

ACCESS A MediSync account is required. You can create one in the app. If your clinic runs its own MediSync installation, connect the app using the QR code from your dashboard or enter the address manually.

MediSync supports your documentation. It does not diagnose, does not triage and does not make treatment decisions. Clinical judgement remains yours.
