notavik is a private, on-device AI medical scribe. Record a visit, get a transcript that knows who was speaking, and turn it into a structured note you can edit and paste into any chart - without a single byte of audio leaving your device.

HOW IT WORKS Start the recording at the beginning of the visit. notavik transcribes on device and labels each line by speaker - you or the patient. Choose a template, and the note is drafted for you. Edit it in a full editor, then copy it, export a PDF, or send it through the share sheet into whatever system you chart in.

THE AUDIO NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE Recording, transcription and note drafting all run on the iPhone in your pocket. There is no server, no cloud upload and no analytics. It works with the network switched off, which is also why it keeps working in a basement clinic with no signal. Notes are stored encrypted on the device, you can lock the app with Face ID, and you decide how long recordings are kept.

WHAT NOTAVIK IS A documentation tool. It drafts paperwork from what was said, and you review and approve every note before it goes anywhere. It does not give medical advice and it is not a medical device.
