With your doctor's permission, PatientScribe records your consultation. After your visit, it turns the recording into clear, plain-language notes of what was said — organised so you can find it again and check anything important with your doctor.

Then the recording is deleted. Your notes and transcript are saved on your device.

Your health conversations are personal. That's why PatientScribe was built privacy-first:

• No accounts — no email, no sign-up
• Your notes and transcript are stored on your device, not synced to a cloud account
• Recordings are processed on secure servers in Australia, then deleted shortly afterwards
• Anything held on our servers is automatically deleted within about 7 days — often sooner
• Processed and stored in Australia — never sold or used to train AI
• No tracking, no analytics, no ads
• Delete your consultations from your device anytime

WHAT'S IN YOUR NOTES

PatientScribe organises what was said into clear sections:

• What was discussed — the conversation and your questions
• What was checked — what the doctor examined or noted
• What the doctor thinks — their impression, in plain words
• What the doctor said to do — their plan and next steps
• Things to check — points from the visit to follow up with your doctor

Your full transcript is saved with your notes — open it anytime to read it back and check anything important with your doctor.

We designed PatientScribe to work with the healthcare system, not against it. The app requires you to confirm your doctor is aware and consents before recording begins. Please ensure you comply with local recording laws in your area.
