GoodCare OS is the caregiver app for home-care agencies running on the GoodCare OS platform.

If your agency uses GoodCare OS, your office will provide your login. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created by the agency that employs you.

CLOCK IN AND OUT WITH EVV Electronic Visit Verification confirms you were at the visit. Your location is checked only at clock-in and clock-out, only while the app is open. There is no background tracking and no record of your movements between visits.

DOCUMENT THE VISIT AS YOU GO Record care tasks and visit notes. Add photos where the care plan calls for them. Capture the client's signature, or a short audio acknowledgment when a client is unable to sign.

BUILT FOR HOME CARE GoodCare OS is used by licensed home-care, pediatric home health and skilled nursing agencies. It handles protected health information and is operated under HIPAA.
