TilTaken is a medication and routine alarm built on iOS 26 AlarmKit, the framework that gives an app the same alarm priority as the built-in Clock. Ordinary reminder apps send notifications, and notifications are ignorable. TilTaken schedules real alarms: full-screen on the Lock Screen, through Silent mode, through any Focus.

THE LADDER One dose is a chain of alarms, not one ping. Default rungs: 0, +3, +8, +15, +30 minutes. Tapping Taken cancels the rest of the chain. Ignoring it logs a miss — no guilt copy, no broken-streak shame. A missed dose is a data point, not a character flaw.

WHAT IT DOES • Med and supplement schedules. Free-text name and dose: 20 mg, 2 puffs, 0.5 mL, whatever you take. • Escalating AlarmKit alarms with per-item intensity: Gentle / Standard / Loud. • Confirm-by-action: Taken stops the ladder. Swiping the alarm away does not. • Routine stacks: a short list attached to a cue you already have, one loud ladder per block. • Adherence log: 30-day grid, taken / missed / skipped, median delay. Export as CSV to bring to your prescriber. • Refill warning at about 10 days of supply left, set by you. • Home Screen widget with your next dose.
