Switch sync off and remove every record from iCloud with one button. You can lock the app behind Face ID or Touch ID. Your health data is yours - full stop.

A FEW HONEST NOTES High-importance alarms rely on iOS AlarmKit and the permission you grant during setup; if AlarmKit isn't available or authorized, they still escalate as repeated notifications. PillsCheck also does not share access with caregivers or import from Apple Health. If those are essential to you today, this app may not be the right fit yet.
