No account. No e-mail. No sign-up. What you enter stays in a local database on your phone. No ads, no third-party tracking. Only the optional AI meal photo sends your image for analysis, and it is never stored.

FREE & PREMIUM

Calorie tracking, workouts, BMI, measurements and progress photos are free, for as long as you like. Formo Premium unlocks the AI meal photo feature as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your App Store settings. AI nutrition values are estimates and can be edited before saving.
