Build workouts with exercises, sets, reps, weight, notes, drop sets, failure sets, and supersets. Review recent training volume and keep your gym history close.

SEE YOUR WHOLE DAY

Follow calories, protein, carbs, fat, water, body weight, and personal targets in one place. Local trends and insights turn your entries into practical daily context.

CONNECT APPLE HEALTH BY CHOICE

Optionally allow Frame to read selected activity, workout, body-mass, heart-rate, and nutrition data from Apple Health. You control each permission. Frame does not write to Apple Health.

Frame requires an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Some on-device intelligence requires supported hardware and a newer iOS version; local fallbacks are used when it is unavailable.
