Your mission is simple: complete your daily push-ups, earn XP, and rise through the ranks.

Start as a Private and prove your discipline through daily missions, streaks, challenges, and increasingly difficult workouts. Every push-up brings you closer to the highest rank of all: Push Up Hero.

REAL RESULTS Your friends will get suspicious around week three! Your program adds volume as you get stronger, so every week asks a little more than the last one did: progressive overload, the same principle strength coaches build programs on. You can start throwing away your current clothes.

HOW IT WORKS Put your phone on the floor and complete your daily push-up program. Push Up Hero counts every rep automatically, no tapping, no guessing, no cheating! Every set earns XP. Enough XP earns you a promotion.

FOR EVERY LEVEL Whether your max is 5 or 50, the program scales to you. Beginners get a ladder they can actually climb. Veterans get targets that hurt.

CHALLENGE FRIENDS Friends keep you accountable. Recruit your friends and the leaderboard gets personal. Watch their reps land, feel them closing in on your rank, and drop everything to defend it. Call one out directly with a head-to-head challenge and settle it in reps. Nothing gets you on the floor faster than a friend one promotion behind you.
