ATHLETICA is a daily training and team-management app built for student athletes and the coaches who lead them. Athletes and coaches join a team with a simple team code from their coach, and get straight into their training day. No email, no password.

DAILY PULSE A quick daily check-in on sleep, soreness, and mental state generates a real-time readiness score, so athletes and coaches both know where things stand before practice starts.

NEXTREP Personalized daily training plans — warm-up, primary focus, nutrition, and recovery — built around each athlete's sport, position, and how they're feeling that day. On Game Day, the plan automatically switches to a pregame warm-up.

RELAY A daily check-in streak, team challenge leaderboard, and recognition board where teammates and coaches can shout out good work.

FRAME Athletes submit practice or game clips and get AI First-Look Notes. They are short, automated observations to jumpstart a conversation with their coach. Always clearly labeled as AI-generated, never a replacement for a coach's own review.
