Responder HQ is NERIS-native incident reporting plus the everyday records your volunteer fire department actually keeps — people, trucks, gear, training, attendance and events — in one modern, phone-first platform.

THE NERIS MOMENT Incident reporting moved to NERIS on January 1, 2026, and NFIRS went offline that February. Every U.S. fire department has to switch. Responder HQ was built for it: the data model is the NERIS model, verified compatible with the NERIS Version 1 data exchange API. There is no NFIRS module to unlearn and no dual-standard complexity.

WHAT'S INSIDE • NERIS incident reporting — a guided, phone-first wizard with a searchable NERIS type picker, local validation, officer sign-off, and automatic submission with retry. • Personnel and training — full roster with certifications, expiration tracking, training sessions with bulk attendance, and one-click CSV roster import. • Apparatus and rig checks — vehicle and equipment records with a tap-through truck-check runner that flags failures, opens maintenance, and tracks SCBA, PPE and hose tests. • Attendance and LOSAP points — configurable point rules that accrue automatically from calls and events, with participation percentages, standings and printable LOSAP statements. • Calendar and events — drills, meetings and duty crews with recurrence, RSVPs, a per-member calendar feed and automatic reminders. • Reports — incident, personnel, apparatus and equipment reports built for the paperwork departments already have to file.
