iRespond

iRespond is a digital platform for Emergency Monitoring and Response Services to securely and efficiently manage responder call-outs. The platform includes a web-based portal to allow admins of Emergency Monitoring and Response Services to monitor call-outs in real-time and the ability to generate reports around KPIs such as time spent for a call-out, call-out outcomes, and performance in terms of service delivery. For responders, the platform includes a cross-platform mobile application to get real-time notification of open call-outs, single-click acceptance of call-outs, and on-the-go data entry to allow real-time view to all stakeholders.
