Your AirPods already know when you slouch. Posture Alert just tells you.

No camera. No wearable to buy. No sensor to strap on. Posture Alert reads the motion sensors already inside your AirPods, learns how you sit when you sit well, and gives you a gentle nudge the moment you drift out of it.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pop in your AirPods and sit the way you want to sit.
2. Tap Start. That posture becomes your baseline.
3. Slouch for longer than your chosen hold time and you get a nudge — a sound, a notification, or both.

REQUIRES AIRPODS Posture Alert needs AirPods (3rd generation or later), AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or Beats with motion sensors. It cannot measure your posture without them.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown in the app. Manage a subscription or turn off auto-renewal in Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription during that trial. A lifetime purchase is a single payment with nothing to renew.
