PostureSense uses motion data from your AirPods to recognize when your head moves away from your baseline. Optional camera assistance adds on-device posture evidence when your head and torso are visible. Clear on-screen cues and optional reminders help you notice looking down, leaning forward, and sideways tilt without breaking your flow.
