CleanClac is the app that puts short-term rental cleanings in order. It does not replace your management software: it plugs into it, handles the cleaning only, and follows it end to end, from the guest checkout to the timestamped report.

THE SCHEDULE FILLS ITSELF Connect your Airbnb, Booking, Abritel and Vrbo calendars, or your property management software. Every checkout creates the cleaning that goes with it, on the right day at the right time. The cleaner is notified straight away, and either accepts or suggests another date.

CLEANINGS THAT ACCOUNT FOR THEMSELVES Actual duration, property condition rated out of 5, photos or video timestamped by our server, on-site check-in. The report is there before you ask for it, and it holds up when a guest disputes.

NEVER OUT OF SUPPLIES Every cleaning counts down what was restocked, and quantities follow the number of guests. You are warned before you run out, not after.

HUNDREDS OF TASKS ALREADY WRITTEN An illustrated library, sorted by theme, each task with its own frequency. Keep what speaks to you, change the rest, and write nothing. Some come back once a month, others only when a pet or a baby is announced.

A TEAM WITHOUT A CEILING Invite your cleaners by phone number. As the portfolio grows, a team manager takes over some of the properties, without seeing your billing. Entry codes only open on the day of the job, and every view is logged.

WHEN YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE Turn on the search around a property: cleaners registered in the area appear, with their distance and how many cleanings they have completed.

FOR THE CLEANER The app is also a logbook for the people doing the work. They see their day the moment they wake up, follow the checklist room by room, take their photos at the right moment, flag what is running out or broken, and find all their clients in one schedule, even when they work for several companies.
