Please AVOID! Cleaners will accept the job and then ask for cash payment. At the end of the day, I was charged but nobody came. No number to call for customer service and nobody ever answered on my email. Need to call my bank to dispute the charge. AVOID!!!!

If I could give them a negative stars I would I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this platform for a side hustle nor would I recommend anyone using them for a cleaning service every time I went to someone’s house they were complaining about the way. The platform works in the fact that customer service is not helpful at all . They are sending people out on canceled jobs and given out wrong times for people to show up. I worked for them and I’ve done an amazing job just for them to not pay me my money in months.
