CleansterPro: For Pro Cleaners

I accepted a cleaning job through CleansterPro on January 20, 2026. When it came to offering and scheduling the job, their communication was very friendly and professional, and everything seemed to work well. However, my experience completely changed when it came time to receive payment for my work. I have tried contacting them several times by phone and through messages, but I have not received any response or explanation as to why I still have not been paid. Today is September 3, 2026, and more than seven months have passed since I completed the cleaning. I am still waiting for my payment and, at the very least, an explanation. I believe this is extremely disrespectful to the people who work through this platform and fulfill the services assigned to them. Our time and our work have value, and the least we expect is to be paid for the work we completed and to receive a response when there is an issue. I hope CleansterPro takes this situation seriously and provides an explanation and resolves my outstanding payment. I am sharing my experience so that other cleaners can be aware of what my experience with this platform has been.

I’ve had nothing but trouble since I’ve downloaded this app. First of all I had to pay for my own background check which I did over 6 months ago. And was told it was cleared. Then last month I did 2 cleanings and it shows on the app that the funds were released to my PayPal the same day. But here it is 28 days later and I have yet to Receive my money. When I tried contacting the company for help with app or trouble getting into the property the failed to communicate like an employer should. I just want To be paid for the work I’ve done and I won’t be an issue anymore
