BowReady keeps short-term rental turnovers from slipping through the cracks. It reads your booking calendars, turns every checkout into a cleaning job, assigns it to your cleaner, and reminds everyone before the deadline, so a guest never arrives to a room that wasn't cleaned.

HOW IT WORKS • Connect a property's calendar from any iCal link: Airbnb, Vrbo, and more. Bookings from multiple calendars for the same place collapse into one job, so your cleaner is pinged once, never twice. • Assign a primary cleaner and an optional backup. If the primary declines, the job falls to the backup automatically and you're told. • Everyone gets timed reminders: when a job is assigned, 24 hours before, and 2 hours before the deadline, in the property's local time.

FOR HOSTS • See coverage across every property at a glance. Anything at risk, declined or not yet accepted, rises to the top. • Set access notes, gate codes, and an agreed per-turnover amount for each property. • Keep a per-property cleaning checklist your cleaner works through on every turnover. • Keep a supplies list for each property and see at a glance what's running low. • See what you've spent by property and month, and export a monthly PDF. • Add a home screen widget for your next turnovers, in a style you pick. • Leave a note your cleaner sees on their next job. • Add co-hosts who see the schedule and get the same alerts. • Cleaning it yourself? CALM BY DESIGN BowReady never spams. Every notification is specific. It names the property, the date, and the deadline, and quiets itself when plans change. No ads, no chat, no bidding, and no payments move through the app.

SUBSCRIPTION BowReady offers an optional Starter subscription, auto-renewable and billed monthly, for hosts managing more than one property. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
