I’ve been using this app as an independent contractor for quite some time, and several issues have led me to question whether this is a legitimate or trustworthy platform. 1. After completing all the onboarding requirements and remaining active on the platform for a year, I’ve only received two inconsistent client matches. I already have multiple clients of my own, but I refuse to bring them onto this platform because Turno charges a service fee to both the contractor and the customer, essentially doubling their surcharge at our expense. 2. My experience took a turn for the worse when I encountered scammers on the app. I reported the issue to Turno, but nothing was done, which forced me to take further action on my own. 3. There are several other red flags that make this app feel unreliable. I’ve taken screenshots to document the inconsistencies, and based on these concerns, I will no longer be using this platform. I also would not recommend it to any customer or contractor.
