Inkarte keeps client records, bookings, session history and consent forms for tattoo artists together in one fully offline app. All data is stored on your device — the developer collects nothing and nothing is sent to any server. No account is required.

KEY FEATURES ・Client records: contact, social handle, health screening (allergies, medications, history, keloid tendency), skin notes and tags. Health alerts are pinned to the top of the karte. ・Appointments: manage everything on a calendar, with reminders and optional export to your device Calendar. Changing or deleting an appointment updates the calendar event too. ・Session history: body part, style, price, machine/needle, inks used (brand/color/lot) and photos (design, stencil, immediately after, healed, other). ・Consent forms: check the items from a standard or custom template, capture a handwritten signature on screen and save it as a PDF. The signing screen is a guest mode only the artist can exit. Documents are shown and exported in the language of the template you pick. ・Ink lot search: find every client a specific lot was used on. Aftercare reminders follow up a chosen number of days after a session. ・Full Access: statistics (monthly revenue, session count, style breakdown), custom templates, portfolio, and bulk export of CSV or combined consent PDFs. ・Backup and restore: export everything as an encrypted archive and bring it back with your passphrase — for a new device or a lost one.

The free tier supports up to 10 clients and 3 signed consent forms per calendar month, with unlimited sessions, appointments, aftercare reminders and backup/restore. Full Access makes clients and consent forms unlimited and unlocks statistics, custom templates, portfolio and bulk export.
