Track your progress: Log measurements like weight, body fat, resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep, and record the programs and doses you're following. Add tolerability check-ins and view neutral trends over time.

See your data in one place: myEPMD displays metrics you already track — steps, heart rate, sleep, and more — by reading them from Apple Health, and from WHOOP or Oura accounts you choose to link. If you use a compatible glucose monitor that shares its readings to Apple Health, those values appear in your trends too. myEPMD does not connect to, pair with, or control any device or sensor; you choose which sources to share, and you can turn them off at any time.

Follow your programs: Keep your active program in view. See your weight-goal progress, your logged history, and the reminders you set for yourself. You choose whether to share a check-in with your care team.

Manage your account: Browse products, review your orders, and manage subscriptions from your phone. Reorder in a few taps and keep track of what's on the way.

Privacy first: Your health data is private. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. You control which devices and accounts you connect, and you can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
