TRACK FOR FREE Keep your user-entered protocols, dose history and reminders in one place. Log food and protein, water, symptoms, activity, progress photos, weight and measurements. Review your history or create a backup without subscribing.

YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CONTEXT Organize multiple personal protocols separately, with their own amounts, schedules and history. With Premium, read linked product and research references where available. Optional Apple Health access brings supported health and activity records into your tracking.

COMMUNITY REFERENCES, PERSONAL PLANS Browse attributed community-reported templates, inspect their sources and copy them into private, editable drafts. Organize your own stages and planned breaks, and review changes before advancing. Templates describe reported use; they are not recommendations. Your personal records are not published to a community feed.

OPTIONAL PREMIUM Premium adds product and research references, JSON/CSV data exports, AI food estimates from a description or photo, a personal tracking assistant, and clinician PDF reports. Review and edit food estimates before saving them. AI features require an internet connection.

Completing onboarding starts a 14-day Premium preview with no payment or automatic charge. Basic tracking remains free after the preview ends. A subscription is optional and follows the price and renewal terms shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
