RECONSTITUTION MADE SIMPLE Enter your vial amount, adjust the water volume, and see the resulting concentration. Convert the dose you enter into mL and U-100 syringe units. Try an interactive example during onboarding. Calculations use your inputs; they do not recommend a dose.

RECOVERY AND APPLE HEALTH Optionally connect Apple Health to view available sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, and other supported measurements. Explore your recovery score once enough data is available, review sleep details, and see protocol start dates alongside health trends. Trends show timing and context, not proof that a peptide caused a change. Apple Health permissions are optional and can be managed in Settings.

DAILY CHECK-INS AND PROGRESS Record how you feel, track weight and progress photos, and review your history. Log meals, review estimated nutrition, and follow your macro trends. Nutrition estimates are informational and may be inaccurate.

PEPTIDE RESEARCH Browse the peptide reference library and explore published research with the AI assistant. Review linked sources and discuss medical decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. AI responses may contain errors and are not medical advice.
